1. That Yayasan Pendidikan Indonesia  is a former representative of the ICDL Foundation, which has intensively socialized the International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) ICT literacy program, for many years, even since the beginning of the ECDL Foundation, namely in 2003 when Yayasan Pendidikan Indonesia  held a large seminar on the ICDL concept, followed by various other intensive activities, until the unilateral representation was decided by the ICDL Asia or ICDL Foundation.
2. That before the termination of the representation contract above (point 1), ICDL Asia has issued the remaining reserve or balance  of the ICDL module tests, the amount calculated in American dollars is 69,000 USD, which is certainly the absolute obligation of ICDLAsia to return in cash or through transfer to the account of yayasan pendidikan Indonesia , or designated by yayasan pendidikan Indonesia.
3. That the funds mentioned above are very meaningful for financing the activities Yayasan pendidikan Indonesia as Special Consultative status In ECOSOC United Nations, at least to be returned to third parties who have been helping for the smooth running of ICDLAsia activities in Indonesia and Timor Leste.
4. That yayasan pendidikan Indonesia has submitted a good and humble approach to ICDLAsia, but all negotiations were ignored by ICDLasia and or ICDL Foundation, until more than 8 years waited patiently, but this goodwill was ignored by ICDLAsia.
5. That before this first summon, Yayasan Pendidikan Indonesia has made various efforts through email correspondences, which was also transmitted to several related agencies in the Republic of Singapore and the Republic of Ireland, but did not get the best way out, except from the Singapore Government who suggested filing a lawsuit against ICDLAsia.

That based on the above expressions, I hereby ask ICDLAsia to:

1. Pay back what is the right of yayasan pendidikan Indonesia , for the amount of 69,000USD plus the cost of money for 8 years, calculated from the year the final balance sheet was issued by ICDLAsia, in the total of 10% per year or 55200 usd, plus other losses due to waiting time for more than 8 years, amounting to 69000 usd. For that, all that must be paid by ICDLAsia is the amount of 193200 usd, which if paid in rupiah is Rp. 2,994,600,000 .
2. That if this warning is deliberately ignored by ICDLAsia, then within 3 days since this first summons is sent via ICDLAsia email address, and transmitted to all related institutions in Singapore and Ireland. We will resubmit The second summons. If the second summons is still ignored, then we will file a civil and criminal lawsuit in the central Jakarta district court, by presenting the media and electronics media, with demands for repayment of fund to  yayasan pendidikan Indonesia , and officially request that the central Jakarta district court rule out access to ICDLAsia in Indonesia, and ask the Singapore government to close The ICDLAsia license in Singapore.

Thus this first summons was conveyed with the opportunity to negotiate so that the good name of ICDLAsia would not be tainted, even the good name of Ireland, which is known as a country that respects the rights that must be fulfilled.
